This hotel has beautiful architecture and offers a scenic view by the lake, which was a highlight for me. The staff are supportive and the buffet meals were enjoyable. However, the service could improve as some staff struggled with English, which affected overall experience. The remoteness of the location and the surrounding abandoned buildings do detract from its appeal, making it a place with potential that isn’t quite realized yet.
